Quotable: Head Coach
Pat Estepp"Give credit to Happy (Osborne) and KWC ... when they are locked in defensively they can make it really tough to score.
"I thought we came out and played well, got some stops, and got out in transition. But, they cranked their defense up and really pounded us on the glass. That was men playing against boys at times.
"I was proud of our guys. We missed some shots in the lane we had to have against their pressure, but our effort never let up.
In the second half, we defended much better and our young guys really played well, gave us some good minutes, and gained some valuable court time.
"We have to learn and move on quickly from this game and prepare for Trevecca. It will be another tough one against a team tied for first in our league."
Numbers Game:- Scott's previous season-high was 19 points vs. Miami Middletown on Dec. 3 - the last time he scored in double figures.
