Box Score CEDARVILLE, Ohio -
Bryce Childers scored twice and
Graham Sachtleben stopped a penalty kick to highlight Cedarville's 3-0 non-conference result over visiting California PA.
All three goals came in the second half for the Yellow Jackets, 3-4 overall.
Derek Braak converted a PK in the 57th minute for his third goal of the season. His tally from the spot came after
Mason Hecklinger was pulled down in the box with the Vulcans' defender shown a straight red card.
Cal PA had a chance to tie it 11 minutes later on a PK. However, Sachtleben came up with one of his four saves en route to his third shutout of the season.
Childers cleaned up
Aiden Dougherty's rebound from close range in the 69th minute for an insurance goal.
The two hooked up again four minutes later. Dougherty's long volley from the left side was one-timed by Childers for this third goal this fall.

- The Jackets outshot the visitors 21-11 which featured a 17-5 bulge in the second half.
- Shots on goal were 12-4 in favor of CU.
- The two sides are 1-1 vs. each other. Cal PA scored late to win 1-0 last season on its home turf.
- It was the third and final non-conference match of the regular season. The last 10 contests are all within the G-MAC.
