INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Northern Michigan defeated Cedarville in four sets to begin place in the Midwest Region Crossover at The Academy Volleyball Club.
The Wildcats, 12-8 overall, were 26-24, 25-13, 24-26, 25-10 winners.
Lauren Willow buried 13 kills for the Lady Jackets, 8-14.
Eric McCullough added seven kills with three service aces while
Taylor Wilkerson chipped in seven kills and 11 digs.
Sierra Schuitema was good for 29 assists and
Autumn Foust tallied 12 digs.
Stinger Notes:
- It was the second meeting of the season. NMU won in four sets on Aug. 25 at the Illinois Springfield Classic.
- Northern Michigan is 4-1 all-time vs. Cedarville.
- The Lady Jackets play both William Jewell and Missouri-St. Louis on Saturday.
