CEDARVILLE, Ohio - The Lady Jackets turned things around after halftime to defeat Hillsdale, 76-60, in the G-MAC opener for both teams at the Callan Athletic Center.
Cedarville, 4-1 overall, outscored the visitors 23-7 in the decisive third quarter to take control.
The hosts broke a 47-47 deadlock as
Abby Wolford scored nine consecutive points during a 13-1 run.
Hillsdale, 1-5, shot 57 percent in the first half for a 41-35 lead at the break. They were checked on 6-for-29 shooting in the final two quarters while being outscored 41-19.
Baylee Bennett made all three of her three-point attempts en route to a team-high 16 points while
Abby Wolford and
Emily Chapman added 12 each.
Alli Roh scored 11 points with
Cameron Peek supplying a career-high nine markers to go along with six rebounds.

- The Jackets were 14-for-26 (.538) from the field in the second half.
- The contest featured 13 lead changes and eight tie scores.
- Cedarville is the defending G-MAC regular season champion and Hillsdale is the defending tournament champion.
- The Lady Jackets lead the all-time series, 4-3.
