CEDARVILLE, Ohio - The Lady Jackets jumped on Tiffin early and snuffed out the Dragons, 90-50, in the annual 'Play4Kay' game at the Callan Athletic Center.
Cedarville, unbeaten in 11 home games this season, improved to 18-6 overall and 14-4 G-MAC.
Abby Wolford scored all 14 of her points in the first quarter as the hosts bolted to a 26-12 lead.
The margin swelled to 47-25 by halftime and CU put away the visitors with a 22-11 third quarter.
Emily Chapman scored 15 points while
Ellie Juengel flipped in 14 with both players coming off the bench.
Stinger Notes:
- All 13 players in uniform saw action with 11 playing at least 12 minutes.
- Cedarville made 13 three-pointers and Tiffin was the first opponent not to hit a triple this season.
- The Jackets continue to take care of the ball by committing just nine turnovers in the game.
- The hosts controlled the boards, 38-24, with Lexi Moore pulling in a season-high nine rebounds.
- CU swept the two regular season games and leads the all-time series, 30-17.
