TIFFIN, Ohio -
Remington Hobson and
Naomi Herman picked up all-conference honors as Cedarville finished fourth in the G-MAC Women's Cross Country Championship.
Hobson placed tenth in 22:17.9 for the 6,000 meters to grab the last position on the All-G-MAC First Team.
Herman was 17th in 22:36.0 to land a spot on the second team.
Rachel Sweeney came in 23rd in 22:56.3 and
Elly Watkins was 29th in 23:12.8.
The remainder of the Lady Jackets' top seven was
Hannah Rhem (31st; 23:18.3),
Claire Smout (37th; 23:35.1), and
Amy Plank (40th; 23:40.6).
Walsh topped the ten-team field with 30 points. The rest of the first four included Hillsdale (46), Malone (82), and Cedarville (108).
Two-time All-G-MAC performer
Alayna Ackley, who entered the meet with the league's third-fastest time this fall, was unable to complete the race. Additionally,
Bethany Sholl did not run.
