CEDARVILLE, Ohio -
Isaiah Speelman racked up game-highs of 20 points and nine rebounds as Cedarville cruised to a 98-51 non-league win over Wilberforce at the Callan Athletic Center.
The Yellow Jackets, 14-8, have run off six consecutive victories.
Cedarville blasted out to a 48-22 advantage by halftime. The hosts shot 61 percent from the field in the second period and pushed the difference out to as much as 51.
Speelman tallied 13 of his points in the first half. He made 3-of-4 three-point baskets.
Seth Dittmer came off the bench with career-highs of 11 points and eight rebounds.
Quinton Green scored nine points while
Nick Mantis added eight to go along with a career-high five assists.
Stinger Notes:
- Speelman matched his season-high of 20 points (Quincy, Trevecca).
- All 15 Yellow Jackets in uniform played and 13 scored.
- The bench netted 59 of the team's 98 points.
- The eight blocked shots was the second-highest total of the season (nine at Trevecca).
- Cedarville controlled the boards 58-31 and converted 19-of-22 free throws.
- The Yellow Jackets lead the all-time series, 69-19, which began with the 1953-54 season.
