Lady Jackets rebound to beat Malone in four

CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Riley Hensley hammered 15 kills with three blocks to lead Cedarville to a four-set G-MAC result over Malone.

The winning numbers for the Lady Jackets were 25-16, 25-21, 24-26, 25-23.

Cassi Shields contributed 12 kills and three blocks for the home team, 4-6 overall and 2-1 G-MAC.

Haley Koch produced nine kills and a team-high six blocks while Cam Davenport chipped in nine kills.

Kaley Matney was good for 45 assists while Mallory Delamarter came up with a team-best 18 digs.

Stinger Notes:
  • Malone was coming off a three-set sweep at Ohio Dominican the night before.
  • Seven of the match's 19 tie scores came in the fourth set.
  • Cedarville tied its season-high of 18 block assists (West Liberty).
  • Shields is averaging 3.38 kills per set in her last three outings.
  • Matney totaled at least 45 assists in her third straight match.
  • Over the last three matches, Hensley has posted a .357 attack percentage.
