Jackets fall twice in Cedarville Invitational

CEDARVILLE, Ohio - West Liberty took down the Lady Jackets in four sets before 1,571 fans to close out the first day of the Cedarville Invitational.

The hosts were swept by Seton Hill in the home opener earlier in the day at the Callan Athletic Center.

WLU won by scores of 25-19, 28-26, 20-25, 25-16.

Riley Hensley hammered 13 kills and Payton Krahn added nine for CU.

Haley Goff totaled 32 assists and Mallory Delamarter had 20 digs. Haley Koch rejected five blocks.

Seton Hill was good for a 28-26, 25-28, 26-24 result in the early contest.

Haley produced eight kills and Kaley Matney registered 27 assists for the Jackets, 2-4 overall.
