XENIA, Ohio - Ashland overpowered the Yellow Jackets in the final two games of their G-MAC series at the AIA Sports Complex.
The Eagles won by scores of 11-0 and 9-1 on a day when the wind contained gusts over 50 mph.
In the opener, the visitors totaled 16 hits and scored runs in five of the seven innings.
Lucas Rotello doubled with
Seth Hale and
Alan Perry adding singles for Cedarville.
Ashland clung to a 3-1 lead through eight innings of the nightcap before putting six runs on the board in the ninth.
Seth Hale had two hits and
Blais Hale produced an RBI single for the Jackets, 4-19 overall and 1-7 G-MAC.
