CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville entertains Davenport on Thursday night to open the 2024 men's soccer season.
Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. EDT with coverage on the
G-MAC Digital Network and
Live Stats.
It will be the first-ever meeting in men's soccer between the two schools.
The Panthers, with their campus located in Grand Rapids, Mich., finished 6-5-5 last fall and advanced to the second round of the GLIAC Tournament.
Head Coach
Brett Faro is back with the Yellow Jackets for his 12th season on the sidelines.
His program has racked up 127 wins in that timespan and has qualified for the G-MAC Tournament each year.
The top five scorers are back for a Cedarville club that ended the 2023 campaign at 8-6-5 overall and 5-4-5 G-MAC.
Jackson Isaacs had a team-high five goals and three assists for 13 points while
Michael Catanzarite supplied four goals and a team-leading five assists for 13 points. Both are senior forwards.
It's a two-game homestand at the top of the schedule for the Yellow Jackets. Boyce visits on Saturday at 7:00 p.m.
