ASHLAND, Ohio - The Lady Jackets finished in sixth place at the G-MAC Women's Indoor Track & Field Championship hosted by Ashland University.
Cedarville's best showing on Day 2 was by the 4 x 400 meter relay squad that finished fifth in 3:57.66 - No. 6 on Cedarville's all-time list.
The quartet consisted of
Jessica Ferguson,
Hope Carroll,
Mallory Gasper, and
Sydney Diedrich.
Sophia Schneider placed sixth in the pole vault by clearing 12-2.75 (3.73 meters).
Abby Drosdak finished sixth in the 3,000 meters in 10:11.60.
Alyson Enns was seventh in the mile (5:00.52) and
Summer Swartwout took seventh in the 60 meter dash (7.59).
On Day 1,
Savannah Ackley and
Caroline Schaeckenbach had the top performances for Cedarville.
Ackley finished fourth in the 5,000 meter run in a time of 17:47.18. Schaeckenbach finished fifth in the pentathlon with 3,196 points - the third-highest point total in program history.
