XENIA, Ohio - Ohio Dominican overcame an inspired Cedarville comeback for a 12-11 win in the G-MAC series wrap-up at the AIA Sports Complex.
The Yellow Jackets rallied from a 6-1 deficit to take a 9-6 lead on the strength of a five-run sixth inning.
Caleb McKinion belted a grand slam for the go ahead runs.
The Panthers came right back with four runs in the bottom half for a 10-9 margin, but
Grayson Weikel's RBI double in the eighth squared the game again.
ODU answered with two runs in the eighth to regain the lead for good.
McKinion finished with a single, double, homer, and a career-high six RBI for Cedarville, 13-19 overall and 6-10 G-MAC.
Eli Henderson tacked on three hits with an RBI and two runs scored.
Kaden Wilde tripled as part of his two hits and totaled four runs. Weikel added two hits and two RBI.
The team's 15 hits were the third-highest total of the season.
