WESTFIELD, Ind. – The Yellow Jackets won a pair of close games over Saginaw Valley State and Lewis to end their two-day weekend at Grand Park.
After clipping Saginaw Valley State, 4-3, in the opener, a six-run fifth inning rallied Cedarville to a 6-4 win in the nightcap over Lewis.

Coen Ball, 2-0, went seven strong innings with seven strikeouts in the opener.
Max Doepker closed with two innings of scoreless relief for the save.
Kaden Wilde had two hits including a double with a run scored, an RBI, and a stolen base.
Cedarville spotted Lewis a 4-0 lead in the second contest before doing all its damage in the fifth.
Wilde tacked on three more hits with another stolen base for the Yellow Jackets, 4-5 overall.
Da'Vonn Stevens delivered a three-run double while
Chris Montes de Oca and
Grayson Weikel added two hits apiece.
Nathaniel Adkins, the third of six CU pitchers, got the victory while
Owen Shimmel tossed a scoreless ninth for the save.
