CEDARVILLE, Ohio – Ohio Dominican came from behind twice to sweep a G-MAC doubleheader from the host Yellow Jackets.
The Panthers held on for a 7-6 win in the opener and then exploded late for a 12-7 result in the nightcap.
In the nine-inning first game, Cedarville took a 5-2 lead into the sixth inning before ODU scored once in the top half of the frame and then added four runs in the seventh.
Eli Henderson went 4-for-4 with a double, triple, and three runs scored.
Max Doepker contributed three hits including a double and three runs batted in.
Graham Ward had two hits with a double.
The Jackets spotted the visitors four runs in the first of the seven-inning second contest, but bounced back for a 6-4 lead.
The Panthers erupted for six runs in the sixth inning to take command.
Doepker and Henderson stroked three hits apiece for Cedarville, 13-21 overall and 7-11 G-MAC.
