Schaeckenbach, Rogers voted CSC Academic All-Americans®

2025-26 ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICA® TEAM
 
CEDARVILLE, Ohio – Matt Schaeckenbach and Brandon Rogers have been named to the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-America® Team for Division II Track & Field and Cross Country.
 
The list includes juniors, seniors, and graduate students who maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average and are voted on by members of College Sports Communicators.
 
Schaeckenbach, a junior from Iowa City, Iowa, who carries a 3.94 GPA as a liberal arts major, is part of the second team. He was a third team choice last season.
 
Schaeckenbach was an NCAA Indoor All-American in both the high jump and the 60 meter hurdles. He placed third in the high jump at the Division II Championship and was eighth in the hurdles.
 
The three-time G-MAC Indoor high jump champion set the school record at the national meet with a mark of 7-1.50 (2.17 meters).
 
Schaeckenbach qualified for the DII Outdoor Championship in both the high jump and 110 meter hurdles. He set the school record in the 110 hurdles of 14.03 seconds at the G-MAC Championship.
 
Rogers, a junior from West Chester, Ohio, who possesses a 3.76 GPA in mechanical engineering, earned a spot on the third team.
 
The 400 meter specialist achieved indoor and outdoor All-America honors in the event. He placed sixth indoors and seventh outdoors.
 
Rogers owns the indoor and outdoor school records in both the 400 meters and 4 x 400 relay as well as the outdoor 200 meters.
