2025-26 ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICA® TEAM
CEDARVILLE, Ohio –
Emily Walsh has been selected to the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-America® Third Team for Division II Women's Track & Field and Cross Country.
The list includes juniors, seniors, and graduate students who maintain a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade point average and are voted on by members of College Sports Communicators.
Walsh earned All-America honors in both cross country and indoor track this season plus she was an outdoor track qualifier.
She placed 31st in the country at the NCAA Division II Women's Cross Country Championship to lead the Lady Jackets to a seventh-place finish.
Walsh came in fifth in the mile at the NCAA DII Indoor Track & Field Championship. She was a 2025 All-American in the outdoor 1,500 meters.
The graduate student from Eagle River, Alaska possesses a 4.0 grade point average while pursuing a master's degree in nursing at the University after completing her undergrad degree with a 3.91 GPA.
Walsh is the eighth Lady Jacket in program history to earn Academic All-America® recognition.
