The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Male Athlete of the Week (Oct. 23-29) is soccer performer Victor Pomelli. The senior midfielder from Sao Paulo, Brazil drilled home a goal in the 85th minute which completed the comeback for No. 5 Cedarville in a 2-1 win at No. 4 Walsh in the G-MAC Men's Soccer Quarterfinals on Saturday, Oct. 29 in North Canton, Ohio. The Yellow Jackets advance to take on regular season champion and No. 1 seed Tiffin in the semifinals on Thursday, Nov. 3 in Tiffin, Ohio.
