The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Male Athlete of the Week (Oct. 30-Nov.5) is cross country runner Evan Leist. The senior from Beaver, Ohio placed fifth overall as the Yellow Jackets finished third as a team in the G-MAC Cross Country Championship on Saturday, Nov. 5. Leist covered the 8,000 meters at the Hillcrest Golf Club in 24:40.0 and earned a spot on the All-G-MAC First Team.
