The Germain Ford of Beavercreek Male Athlete of the Week (Oct. 29-Nov. 4) is cross country runner Isaiah Kelly. The senior from Mason, Ohio made the all-region team and the Yellow Jackets ran to a sixth-place finish at the Midwest Regional on Saturday, Nov. 4 in Evansville, Indiana. Kelly placed fifth in 31:08.0 for the 10,000 meter Angel Mounds State Park and earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Division II Championship in Joplin, Missouri on Nov. 18. Cedarville awaits a possible at-large berth to the championship event.
