The female SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Nov. 21-27) is basketball player Kayla Jenerette. The 5-5 freshman guard from Greenville, South Carolina led the Lady Jackets to a 96-78 win at U-M Dearborn on Saturday, Nov. 27. Jenerette tossed in 18 points to go with five rebounds and three assists in her first collegiate start. She drained four of her five three-pointers in the first half to help CU open up a 50-34 lead. Jenerette scored six points with two rebounds, two assists and two steals in last Tuesday's 51-49 setback at NCAA II Ohio Dominican.
