Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The male Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (Dec. 29-Jan. 4) is basketball player Marcus Reineke. The 6-2 junior guard from New Knoxville, Ohio led CU in scoring in both home G-MAC games last week. Reineke hit for 21 points with three rebounds and a pair of assists in a 78-66 loss to Kentucky Wesleyan on Thurs., Jan. 2, 2014. He followed up with 23 points, two boards and three assists in a 69-60 win over Trevecca Nazarene on Sat., Jan. 4, 2014. Reineke was 9-for-13 in the two games from behind the three-point line.
