Cedarville University Yellow Jackets

The female Cedarville SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (October 9-15) for the second consecutive week is volleyball player Gabby Olson. The 6-4 senior middle hitter from Gibsonia, Pennsylvania led CU to a 2-1 showing at the Midwest Region Crossover in Aurora, IL on Fri.-Sat., October 14-15. Olson tallied 11 kills and five blocks in a sweep against Wisconsin-Parkside before pounding 17 kills and adding six blocks in a five-set loss to McKendree. The All-Tournament selection finished the weekend with a 12 kill, seven block performance in a sweep versus Wayne State.
