The Courtyard Marriott Springfield Female Athlete of the Week (January 20-26) is basketball player Ashlyn Huffman. The 5-foot-5 sophomore guard from Columbus, Indiana averaged 16 points and five rebounds in two G-MAC home games last week as CU remained unbeaten at home with a 10-0 mark. Huffman tossed in 12 points with four rebounds, four assists and three steals in an 81-69 victory over Ohio Dominican on Thursday, Jan. 24. She scored a game-high 20 points while adding six rebounds in a 99-60 win against Ohio Valley on Saturday, Jan. 26.
