MARION, Ind. - Lydia Wong and Carolyn Case met the NAIA automatic qualifying standard in their respective events at the Indiana Wesleyan Invitational.
Wong set a personal best with her winning time of 2:15.65 in the 800 meters. Case qualified for the NAIA Indoor Championship in the 1,000 meters placing 2nd in 3:02.17.
Alexa Winik won the 200 meter dash in 25.93 seconds and was the runner-up in the 60 meter dash in 7.89. Meghan Terrell won the mile run in 5:31.63
The Lady Jackets had four runner-up performances. The list includes Johanna Ensslen in the 400 (1:01.72), Neola Putnam in the 800 (2:23.69), Chelsea Gruet in the 60 meter hurdles (9.42), and Tara Leaman in the weight throw (49-2.25). The meet was non-scoring. [COMPLETE RESULTS]
