SPRINGFIELD, Ohio - Aquinas dealt Cedarville a 9-0 setback in a non-conference match played indoors at the Springfield Racquet Club.

The visiting Saints, who were playing their season opener, swept the three doubles matches. Aquinas won four of the singles contests in straight sets.

Two of Cedarville's best opportunities for points came in singles. Aaron Niemiec dropped a 6-7, 6-0, 10-8 decision at the #1 spot while #5 Kyle DeBoer fell by a 3-6, 6-2, 6-0 count.
