CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Taylor won all of the close matches en route to a 7-2 non-conference men's tennis victory over Cedarville at the Johnson-Murdoch Tennis Complex.

Aaron Niemiec figured into both Yellow Jacket points. He teamed up with John Filcik for an 8-1 win at #1 doubles. He was leading his #1 singles match 6-4, 1-0 when his opponent retired due to injury.

The Trojans, 2-6 overall, won a tiebreaker at #2 doubles for a 9-8 win. They also rallied from 0-1 deficits in a pair of singles matches to pull out points.

Cedarville dips to 0-2.
