MARION, Ind. - Jared Gerber rallied to pull out a three-set victory, but Indiana Wesleyan prevailed for an 8-1 non-conference men's tennis result over Cedarville.

Gerber dropped his first set at #6 singles before rebounding to get the point. The scores were 3-6, 6-1, 10-4.

The Yellow Jackets' top two singles players, #1 Aaron Niemiec and #2 John Filcik, lost in straight sets, but not without a fight. Both were closed out in second-set tiebreakers.

Cedarville falls to 3-8. IWU, who is receiving votes in the NAIA national poll, is 15-2.
