Box Score CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville managed just three hits in its first-ever Great Midwest Athletic Conference game and dropped a 6-0 decision to Urbana in what was also the 2013 home opener.

The two teams will close out the series with a pair of seven-inning contests on Saturday at Yellow Jacket Field.

The game was scoreless until the Blue Knights pushed across two runs in the sixth inning. They tacked on three more in the seventh, two of which were unearned, and then added another unearned run in the eighth.

Cedarville, 8-5 overall, came into the contest ranked ninth in the country in NCAA Division II with a .355 team batting average and a six-game winning streak. However, the Jackets had only one runner reach third base.
