Box Score CLEARWATER, Fla. - Oakland City erupted for four runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to hand the Yellow Jackets a 10-9 setback at Jack Russell Stadium.
The last at bat heroics for the Oaks spoiled a notable comeback by Cedarville. The Jackets dug themselves out of a 4-0 hole and appeared to be in good shape after opening up a three-run lead.
David Lenhardt had the big bat for CU. He went 4-for-5 at the plate with a double, a home run, and four runs batted in.
Chris Ward was 4-for-6 with a double and three RBI's.
Tyler Hurt chipped in two hits and two runs scored,
Cam McWilliams had two hits, and
Ryan Ledbetter doubled with two runs scored.
The Yellow Jackets, 2-2 overall, hammered 15 hits total. Starting pitcher
