The Tritons scored at least one run in each of their first five at bats. The hosts were able to limit the Jackets to six hits total.

Ryan Ledbetter finished 2-for-3 at the plate. He walked once, scored once, and also drove in a run.

Sam Summerlin drove in two runs with a sacrifice fly and a double for Cedarville, 2-3. Cam McWilliams, Chris Ward, and Chris Fox added singles.

David Lenhardt walked twice and scored a run. Steve Cardwell tallied two runs.

Eckerd improved its record to 9-7.
