Box Score CLEARWATER, Fla. - Ryan Ledbetter and Chris Ward tallied four hits apiece while winning pitcher Sean Larkin shut down Saginaw Valley State in relief to provide the Yellow Jackets with an 11-8 win at the Clearwater Invitational.

Cedarville's bats remained alive as they pounded out 18 hits. The Jackets are hitting .435 collectively in their last three outings with 50 hits and 29 runs scored.

The Cardinals recovered from a 6-1 deficit to grab an 8-7 lead in the fifth inning. That's when Larkin came in to handcuff SVSU. The sophomore righthander tossed hitless relief over the final 4 2/3 innings with four strikeouts to nab his first win of the year.

Ryan Ledbetter went 4-for-4 at the plate with a double, three runs scored, and two RBI's for Cedarville, 4-4 overall. Ward was 4-for-6 with a double and two runs.

Steve Cardwell was 3-for-4 with four RBI's, David Ledbetter tripled in two runs, and Sam Summerlin tallied two hits.

Saginaw Valley State is 2-6.
