CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Charleston won its fourth consecutive men's tennis match by defeating Cedarville, 9-0, in non-conference play.

The Yellow Jackets' best opportunity in doubles came from the #1 tandem of Aaron Niemiec and John Filcik. They were stopped by an 8-6 count.

Niemiec had his seven-match winning streak halted at #1 singles. The final scores were 6-3, 3-6, 10-8.

Josh Van Zandt had won six straight at #6 singles but dropped a three-setter 6-2, 5-7, 6-2. Cedarville is 11-12 overall.

The host Eagles improve to 16-4.
