Box Score LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Lady Jackets and Kentucky Wesleyan each had leads before settling for a 3-3 draw in a G-MAC women's soccer make-up contest played at Bellarmine University.
The match was originally scheduled in Cedarville on Sept. 10, but a severe thunderstorm just 30 minutes prior to kickoff made the home field unplayable.
Danielle Mahek's first goal of the season from
Hannah Whicker put the Lady Jackets on the board first in the 31st minute. KWC needed just three minutes to equalize.
The Panthers took their only lead in the 53rd minute. Less than three minutes later,
Lauren Lichty netted her first career tally with an assist from
Creslyn Van Dyck.
Cedarville grabbed its second advantage in the 67th when Van Dyck set up
Hannah Atkinson for her team-leading fourth goal of the season. KWC created the final tie in the 78th minute.
Hanna Harris played all 110 minutes in goal while posting a career-high 12 saves for the Jackets, 2-6-1 overall and 2-3-1 G-MAC.
