RALEIGH, N.C. - Alayna Ackley and Rachel Sweeney-Bredeson represented the Lady Jackets at the Raleigh Relays hosted by North Carolina State University.

Bredeson posted a time of 10:55.31 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Paul Derr Track & Field Facility

She placed fifth in her section and 26th overall - No. 2 among Division II competitors.

Bredeson holds the school record in the event (10:37.33) and was a 2021 NCAA Division II Championship qualifier.

Ackley turned in a mark of 17:37.21 in the 5,000 meters to finish 24th in her section.
