CEDARVILLE, Ohio -
Naomi Herman and
Bethany Sholl were individual winners and the Cedarville women placed second in blustery weather conditions at the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Open.
Herman won the 10K in 36:48.57 while Sholl took first in the 5,000 meters in 17:17.65 with is the sixth-fastest time in school history.
Remington Hobson was the runner-up in the 1,500 (4:52.93) and
Hannah Rhem was second in the 10K (36:56.63).
In the field events,
Sarah Himes finished second in the discus with a heave of 130-6 (39.78 meters).
High winds forced the pole vault competition inside the Doden Field House.
Haleigh Eckert was the runner-up after clearing 12-3.50 (3.75m).
Findlay won the 20-team meet with 135 points while the Lady Jackets totaled 125. Hillsdale was third with 108 points.
