CEDARVILLE, Ohio - The Yellow Jackets earned the No. 5 seed in the six-team G-MAC Baseball Championship which begins Wednesday in Mason, Ohio.
Cedarville, 21-24 overall and 15-14 G-MAC, meets No. 2 Ashland, 31-17 and 22-10 G-MAC, at 1:15 p.m. EDT on Legacy Field.

This is the second straight season that the Yellow Jackets have qualified for the post-season.
Ashland, who is in its first year in the G-MAC, is one of two schools that CU did not play during the conference regular season. Findlay was the other.
Wednesday's first round gets underway at noon when top seed Tiffin, 28-17 and 22-6 G-MAC, plays No. 6 Walsh, 26-20 and 16-15 G-MAC, at Prasco Park.
No. 3 and defending champion Trevecca, 37-13 and 22-10 G-MAC, takes on No. 4 Kentucky Wesleyan, 24-26 and 20-12 G-MAC, at 6:00 p.m. at Prasco.
The champion is set to be crowned on Saturday and will earn the league's automatic bid to the NCAA Division II Championship.
