Jeremy Johnson played a part in two of the Yellow Jackets' four victories to begin the indoor campaign at the Wittenberg Opener.
Johnson won the 400 meters in 48.07 seconds - the third-best time in program history and good enough to meet the NCAA DIvision II provisional qualifying standard.
Then, he teamed up with
Eden Antrim, David Gerdin, and
Ethan Hunter to win the 4 x 400 meter relay in 3:23.94.
Caleb Sultan ran to victory in the 800 meters in 1:53.23 with is No. 7 on CU's all-time list.
Josh Paul made his collegiate debut with an impressive win in the triple jump. His mark of 45-7 (13.89 meters) ranks second in the Jackets' Top 10.
Brandon Rogers' runner-up effort of 48.26 in the 400 meters lands at No. 5 in school history and also hit the NCAA provisional mark.
