CEDARVILLE, Ohio -
Tanner Muhlenkamp broke the school record in the 100 meter dash and Cedarville won seven other events to capture the team title in the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Open.
Cedarville won the 15-team meet with 150.5 points and was followed by Wittenberg (133.5) and Wilmington (75).
Muhlenkamp took 2/10 of a second off the school record in the 100 with a winning time of 10.62 seconds.
Matthew Schaeckenbach took first in both the 400 meter hurdles in 56.13 seconds and the high jump by clearing 6-6.75 (2.0 meters).
Other wins on the track came from
David Entz in the 110 hurdles (14.80),
Jeremy Bavaro in the 800 (1:57.46),
Cooper Peterson in the 5K (15:14.96), and
Kolson Kytta in the 3,000 meter steeplechase (9:44.73).
Nathanael Menk won the triple jump with an effort of 42-0.50 (12.81m).
