2023-24 CSC ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICA® TEAM

CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Lady Jacket pole vault record holder Haleigh Eckert has been named to the 2023-24 NCAA Division II Women's Track & Field / Cross Country Academic All-America® Third Team.

The teams are selected by sports information directors who are members of College Sports Communicators (CSC).

It's the second year in a row for Eckert to achieve a spot on the third team.

The senior from Mason, Ohio, who graduated from the University in May, carried a 3.93 cumulative grade point average as a molecular biology major.

Eckert finished her career placing ninth in the women's pole vault at the 2024 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championship to earn a spot on the All-America Second Team.

She set the school record both indoors (13-0.25; 3.97m) and outdoors (13-1.75; 4.01m) during her senior campaign.

Eckert owns seven of the Top 10 indoor marks in program history and nine of the Top 10 outdoors.
