CEDARVILLE, Ohio – Cedarville opens the 2025-26 hoops season this weekend in the Midwest Region Crossover.
The Yellow Jackets play host Quincy on Friday at 8:00 p.m. EST and then come back on Saturday afternoon to meet Truman State at 2:00.
Findlay is the other G-MAC representative at the event which includes live coverage on the
GLVC Sports Network and
SIDEARM Stats.
Head Coach
Rob Jones is back for his second season after winning 13 games last winter and making a run to the G-MAC Tournament Semifinals.
The three leading scorers and four of the top five are back to lead a 15-player roster that features nine new faces.
Jaylen Davis (14.3 ppg),
Sam Johnson (12.7), and
Anthony Ruffolo (12.3) all averaged in double figures while
Ethan Sellars chipped in 8.7 points.
Cedarville is 3-5 in the all-time series vs. both Quincy and Truman State. At last year's Crossover hosted by Findlay, the Jackets fell to Truman, 79-72, but bounced back to beat Quincy, 77-66.
The Jackets play their first two home games next week in the Callan Athletic Center.
Wright State Lake visits on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. with NABC Division II No. 14 Lincoln Memorial coming to campus on Nov. 22 at 3:15.
