MEET INFORMATION
CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Cedarville men's cross country begins the 2025 season on Friday evening with a trip to the Wright State Mike Baumer Classic.
The 5,000 meter race is set for 6:00 p.m. EDT at Fairborn Community Lower Park.
The field includes 11 schools, three running clubs, and unattached competitors. Other Division I teams joining the host Raiders are Ohio State, Butler, and Northern Kentucky.
Head Coach
Paul Orchard, now in his 33rd year overall and 23rd leading the men's cross country program, guides a roster of 31 runners into the fall campaign.
Sophomore
Joey Carroll returns as the squad's frontrunner. The Hebron, Ky. native was named the G-MAC Freshman of the Year last fall and earned All-G-MAC Second Team honors.
The Jackets' 2024 campaign was highlighted by a runner-up finish at the All-Ohio Classic. They posted a sixth-place performance at the G-MAC Championship and a 20th-place result at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
Cedarville will host the All-Ohio Classic on Friday, Sept. 19 at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course.
