SPRINGFIELD, Ohio –
Sophia Schneider hit a career-best mark in the pole vault to highlight the Lady Jackets' showing at the Wittenberg Invite.
The senior from Whitehouse, Ohio took runner-up honors by clearing 12-11.75 (3.96 meters) inside The Steemer.
Schneider's vault is the third-best in program history and met the NCAA Division II provisional qualifying standard.
Three Cedarville runners finished in the top five of the 800 meters.
Jessica Ferguson was second (2:17.09),
Addison Harrington placed third (2:17.66), and
Maya Willard was fifth (2:17.93).
Paige Parker finished fifth in the 3,000 meters in 10:39.51.
