PORTSMOUTH, Ohio – Shawnee State rallied for a pair of eighth-inning walk off results against the Lady Jackets.
The Bears scored five times in the eighth to steal game one, 8-7, and then did it again in the nightcap for a 10-7 win.
Anna Weathers had two hits in the opener featuring a two-run homer that staked Cedarville to a 7-3 lead.
Anna Gardner belted a three-run shot and
Anna Gorshak added a two-run bomb.
In game two,
Jordan Berry went 2-for-3 with a two-run homer and two runs scored for the Jackets, 6-14 overall.
Lindsey Linker doubled twice and
Ella Leonard delivered a three-run double.
