CEDARVILLE, Ohio – Freshman third baseman Anna Gorshak has been named to the 2026 D2CCA and NFCA All-Midwest Region Second Teams.
 
She is the third Lady Jacket to be recognized by the NFCA and the fifth to be honored by the D2CCA.
 
Additionally, the Georgetown, Ky. product is the only freshman position player appearing on either the first or second team.
 
Gorshak started all 52 games and belted a school-record 12 home runs. She batted .422 with 17 doubles, three triples, and 47 RBI.
 
She led the G-MAC with a .777 slugging percentage, tied for the league lead in homers, and was second in hits with 70.

NFCA voting is conducted by the region coaches while sports information directors vote for the D2CCA teams.
