The Rapid Fired Pizza Male Athlete of the Week (January 9-15) is basketball player Kollin Van Horn. The 6-foot-8 senior center from Proctorville, Ohio muscled in 19 points in a 74-70 G-MAC setback to visiting Malone on Saturday, January 15 and became the 58th player in school history to join the 1,000 Point Club. He added six rebounds and a game-high three blocked shots against the Pioneers. Van Horn notched 10 points in a 76-73 league win over Walsh on Thursday, January 13 in the Callan Athletic Center.
