The female SUBWAY Athlete of the Week (April 17-23) is softball player Jenn Spann. The freshman pitcher from Rapid City, Michigan allowed three unearned runs and posted 10 strikeouts in a 9-3 American Mideast Conference victory over visiting Ursuline on Monday, April 18. The lefthander moved her record to 8-3 on the season.
