PEPPER PIKE, Ohio - The Yellow Jackets finished the season with their second straight American Mideast Conference victory in less than 24 hours by dominating host Notre Dame, 8-1.

Cedarville, who ends the campaign 6-13 overall and 2-4 AMC, took early control after sweeping the doubles. Kevin Furst and Brent Martin were 8-3 winners at the #1 spot. Kyle Kirby and Jeff Whitcomb moved up to #2 and won by the same 8-3 count. Jordan Lenz and Daniel Ormsby picked up a 9-7 victory at #3 doubles.

The Jackets claimed the top five singles points with #1 Furst needing three sets to win, 3-6, 6-1, 6-4. Other victories came from #2 Martin, 6-3, 7-5; #3 Kyle DeBoer, 6-1, 6-2; #4 Caleb Speicher, 6-1, 6-0; and #5 Zach Rost, 6-0, 6-1. [RESULTS]
