CEDARVILLE, Ohio - Indiana Wesleyan spoiled the home opener for the young Lady Jackets by sweeping a non-conference doubleheader 6-2 and 10-0.

The Wildcats took advantage of four CU errors to score five unearned runs in the first game against losing pitcher Emily Young. She struck out four and surrendered just six hits in six innings.

Four defensive miscues led to five unearned runs in the nightcap. Starting pitcher Missy Murphy allowed just one earned run on five hits. Kassonie had the only hits for Cedarville with a pair of singles.
