Box Score CLEARWATER, Fla. - Clearwater Christian ripped 10 hits and took advantage of six Cedarville errors to surprise the Yellow Jackets, 9-2, in the first game of 2013 played at Jack Russell Stadium.

The Cougars, 4-12, used a five-run second inning to bolt to a 6-0 lead. The home team enjoyed a 9-0 bulge before the Yellow Jackets were able to dent the plate.

Chris Ward and Logan Kasabian led off the CU seventh with back-to-back singles. One out later, Harrison Martin smacked a two-run double.

Cam McWilliams singled and walked three times. Ward finished with two of the team's six hits.
